What you upload (the same for both)
You choose Standard or Premium in the same order form on the Premium Skip Tracing page. For either option, your file needs six column headers in the first row:
First Name · Last Name · Address · City · State · Zip Code
- File types: CSV, TXT, XLS or XLSX, up to 20 MB, one file per order.
- Extra columns: any additional columns you include are kept and returned unchanged.
- Record count: the form counts your records instantly and shows your total before you pay. If your first row holds column names, tick the header box and that row is not charged.
- Larger files: contact us and we will arrange it.
What you get back
You receive all of your original columns, unchanged and in the same row order, with new contact data appended when it is found.
