Refund Policy

ListCentral sells digital data lists. Because our products are delivered electronically and the data is immediately usable once downloaded, all sales are generally final. The following exceptions apply.

1. Eligibility for a Refund

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase in any of these cases:

  • Non-delivery: You did not receive the download email or link after a reasonable wait (typically a few minutes; up to 30 minutes during high-volume periods) and our support team is unable to resend it.
  • Download issues: You cannot access or open the file and our support team is unable to resolve the problem.
  • Defective or corrupted data: The file is unreadable, blank, or materially incorrect. We will issue a refund or, where possible, a replacement.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Already-downloaded lists: Once a list has been downloaded, it is considered delivered and used. No refund will be issued.
  • Subscription services: Refunds for subscriptions are governed by the subscription agreement at the time of purchase.
  • Promotional or discounted orders: Products purchased at a discount or as part of a promotion are non-refundable.
  • Change of mind: We do not refund purchases where the data was delivered as described.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email info@listcentral.us within 7 days of purchase with:

  • Your name
  • Order ID
  • Date of purchase
  • A description of the issue (and a screenshot if helpful)

4. Processing

Refund requests are typically reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
