Real Estate Lead Import Templates
Clean, ready-to-fill files for importing your lists into REISift, BatchLeads or Podio, plus plain notes on what each platform documents about imports.

These are not official platform filesWe are not affiliated with REISift, BatchLeads or Podio. None of them publishes an exact required-header list in the help pages we reviewed, so we only used what is documented and we say where the limits are.
REISiftYou map each CSV column to a field during upload, so names do not have to match exactly. The upload window shows a Data Requirements panel with the required columns. Check it before you upload. The file must be saved as CSV.
BatchLeadsIts help says first and last name go in separate columns, and property and mailing addresses need house number, street, city, state and ZIP each in their own column, with headers. With self-manage set to No, only a property address is required. It also publishes its own sample CSV, and if that differs from ours, follow theirs.
PodioEvery Podio app has its own fields, so edit the template to match your app. Podio's documented route is Excel import: first sheet, a unique key field such as the property address, and semicolons between multiple values in one cell.
Before you importDelete the two fictional sample rows, run a small test import first, and add phone and email columns only if the records are already skip traced.
Before contacting anyone, scrub phone numbers against the National Do Not Call Registry and follow state rules. See the free Skip Tracing Quality Checklist.
